Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant projects and opportunities on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
• Craft compelling project proposals and bids that address client needs and showcase the company's capabilities.
• Collaborate with the technical team to gather necessary project information and create accurate estimates.
• Research and identify potential clients, markets, and industries to expand the company's client base.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies to attract potential clients.
• Create detailed and customized project proposals, clearly outlining project scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs.
• Ensure that proposals are aligned with client requirements and showcase the company's value proposition effectively.
• Provide insights and recommendations to adapt bidding strategies and business development approaches.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bid submissions, client interactions, and project outcomes.
• Responsible for Online Bidding on Upwork, Guru, Freelancer etc.
• Create Business Proposal, Presentations, Slides, and other documents as required by a potential client.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of online bidding platforms and processes (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Guru).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
