Wishup is hiring for the role of Online Accounting Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Updating day-to-day accounting activities like cash receipts, cash disbursements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.
• Maintaining financial records including journal posting, and general ledger recording along with preparation of trial balance, income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other related statements/accounts.
• Ensuring expenditure reimbursements are in compliance with the company's financial policy and procedures.
• Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by the stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or Qualified, semi-qualified CA, Semi Qualified CPA is required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of Corporate full-time work experience in bookkeeping and accounting as per US GAAP or equivalent.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel with basic shortcuts and advanced formulas.
• Extensive understanding of QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Office, and Google Workplace.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
