OneStream Consultant Job in Pune at Spaulding Ridge

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Implement OneStream Solutions that span Requirements and Design, Development, Testing, Training, and support.
• Assist with pre-sales meetings with prospective clients including supporting client demos and proof-of-concept projects.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences.
• Approach problems creatively and apply technology to solve business challenges.
• Adhere to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology and project standards, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years relevant experience implementing or optimizing OneStream.
• Strong knowledge of the financial and accounting processes (account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustment) including experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A.
• Experience with data integration between different systems/sources, REST API as an added advantage.
• Knowledge of EPM/CPM applications (Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Hyperion Planning & Essbase, FCCS, etc.) would be preferred.
• Bachelors and master's in finance/accounting/engineering.
