Amazon is hiring for the role of Onboarding Specialist - DE!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive seller adoption & support of compliance programs across various stages (VAT, EPR, etc.)
- Analyze data & provide insights to improve business processes & systems
- Monitor metrics, identify opportunities & collaborate with teams for process improvement
- Communicate effectively with sellers (written & oral), provide prompt service & escalate issues
- Maintain a positive demeanor, manage sensitive issues & represent Amazon professionally
- Manage key initiatives & projects: launch products, build partnerships, track & report performance
- Identify & approach potential partners, communicate value propositions & establish long-term partnerships
Requirements:
- B2/C1 German certification & Bachelor's degree (0-3 years relevant experience)
- Excellent written & oral English communication (internal & external)
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Interest in e-commerce/online business
- Passion for a fast-paced environment & delivering great customer service
- Strong attention to detail & ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative & analytical problem-solving skills with an operational excellence mindset
