Onboarding Specialist Job in Gurgaon at Cvent

Cvent is hiring for the role of Onboarding Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for making a strong first impression on customers by owning the onboarding journey, introducing them to Cvent support resources, and guiding them on how they can be successful using the Cvent platform.
• Understand why customers host events and how they can leverage the Cvent platform to meet their goals.
• Initiate a success plan for the customer based on their first event requirements and outcomes they want to achieve through their use of Cvent.
• Schedule and host different milestone calls during the onboarding journey to understand customer requirements, review their progress, and suggest best practices to help them streamline their registration process for a seamless attendee experience and help them in delivering a successful event. 
• Ensure that the customer’s account is set up with all contracted features to set them up for success with the Cvent platform.
• Drive platform adoption by identifying and eliminating customer challenges with the use of available features and resources.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional Product Knowledge of Event Management, Attendee Hub, Appointments, Abstract Management, On-Arrival Premium, and Premium Surveys along with good probing and explaining skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and outcome-driven approach.
• Strong ability to adapt to different customer situations and handle them effectively and efficiently.
