About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Journey Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates from selection to joining. 
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience, addressing candidate queries and concerns promptly. 
  • Facilitate all necessary documentation and ensure timely follow-ups for smooth onboarding. 

2. Post-Onboarding Engagement:

  • Maintain ongoing connections with candidates post-joining to ensure a positive experience. 
  • Monitor and support until the successful completion of all onboarding formalities and payment receipt by GetWork. 

3. Reference Collection:

  • Obtain and validate professional references from selected candidates to assist in enhancing the talent pipeline. 

4. Communication and Negotiation:

  • Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process. 
  • Negotiate timelines, deliverables, and onboarding requirements, balancing candidate and company expectations. 

5. Excel Expertise:

  • Manage candidate data efficiently using Excel. 
  • Create, maintain, and analyse onboarding-related reports and dashboards to track progress and metrics.
