Novo Nordisk is hiring for the role of Onboarding Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Collaborating and working closely with the Denmark team.
- Sending welcome email to new joiners.
- Updating New joiner news to the new joiners on a weekly basis via email.
- Creating onboarding sessions and Inviting New Joiners for Sessions in Outlook.
- Maintaining attendance of onboarding sessions and making sure that the new joiners complete all the sessions as per the timeline.
- Updating New Joiner details on the intranet.
- Creating onboarding courses in the organization’s HRIS.
- Facilitating ID Card creation process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient English communication
- Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in Human Resource
- Intermediate level of knowledge in MS Excel, Outlook, and data management
- Good presentation, communication, and email writing skills
- Strong customer focus, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Structured and detail-oriented
- Proactive and flexible
- Independent and have analytical skill
- Team player with a positive mindset
