On-Boarding Associate Job in Bangalore at Finastra

Finastra is hiring for the role of On-Boarding Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as the primary touch point for global candidates throughout their onboarding journey.
• Answer candidate queries regarding their onboarding.
• Use procedures and processes to drive a consistent onboarding experience across all global Finastra locations.
• Create and issue contracts and other hire documentation to candidates using standard templates.
• Initiate and review background screening status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field required. A degree in Human Resource Management, or Operations will be preferred.
• 1 year of previous experience in HR Operations.
• Experience working in HR shared services organizations serving multiple geographies
• Experience working on HR ERP solutions like Workday, case management solutions like ServiceNow & applicant tracking systems like iCIMS
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and manage own workload.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• French speakers will be an added advantage.
