ACA Group is hiring for the role of OMR Supervisory Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Supervise analysts, guiding assignments, work quality, and development.
- Review marketing materials for potential regulatory issues.
- Train analysts to assess client materials for regulatory risks.
- Edit analyst findings and ensure high-quality client deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal OMR staff to finalize feedback for clients.
- Tailor marketing reviews to meet client preferences.
- Ensure timely delivery by working within quick turnaround times.
- Use ComplianceAlpha and third-party systems effectively.
- Track work progress with project management tools.
- Participate in internal calls to discuss review results and next steps
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, small team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat applications, and comfort in a tech-enabled work setting.
- Full fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
