Cult Fit is hiring for the role of Offline Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Prospect and identify potential clients through various offline channels, including cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking events.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions or products.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to clients in person, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure new business and meet sales quotas.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of sales transactions and customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in offline sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
