Mswipe is hiring for the role of Officer - Transaction Monitoring!

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring merchants and their device transactions are in compliance
• Constantly keeping merchant monitoring policies relevant
• Perform background checks and monitor existing merchants with internal tools and external resources to assess merchants' compliance with terms of Service
• Identify and measure each merchant's risk, make appropriate decisions and find optimal solutions on mitigating potential risks
• Work closely with merchants to make them compliant with internal policies and requirements of card payment guidelines
• Understand and investigate the risks with any merchant, and help develop policies and procedures to prevent and address possible risks
• Ensure that the business risk management process is reasonably designed, implemented, updated, and enforced so that it will be effective in preventing excessive business risk

Requirements:

• Graduates who have worked in the Merchant Risk unit for at least one year, preferably in card operations/merchant acquiring business
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications
• Experience in business mail writing
