Sharda Motor Industries Limited is hiring for the role of Officer - Purchase Department!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure smooth and timely materials procurements (BOM/Non BOM)
- Ensure on-time release of schedules to suppliers
- Coordinate with the production team and stores to ensure material availability on time
- Monitor suppliers’ shortcomings and take corrective actions
- Ensure appropriate approved POs/Indents before receipt of material
- Liaise with supplier and Finance team for supplier payables
- Co-ordinate with transporter to ensure smooth material receipt from suppliers / Vendors
- Ensure IATF 16949 requirements are available at supplier's end and monitored
