Citi Bank is hiring for the role of Officer Business Analytics!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Lead analytics to deepen customer engagement for Retail Bank business through cross-selling and upselling relevant products.
• Design and implementation of DOEs for in-depth understanding of customer sensitivities to new offers and outreach channels. Drive the philosophy of the right product at the right time for our customers.
• Provide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions for Retail Bank products and understand the campaign management domain | KPIs | ROI | Channels.
• Identify potential market and market trends to enable agility and drive strategic changes in "how we engage" with our customers.
• Analyze the performance of the campaign, and ad-hoc analytic requests, and provide recommendations for increasing campaign profitability.
• Analyze external and internal customer data using Hive, Python, Excel, etc. to identify areas of opportunity across the Retail bank customer lifecycle.
• Evaluate customers’ online/offline behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the targeting strategy
• Analyze A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results, and provide recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and drive budget optimization.
• Work closely with Marketing, Pricing, and Decision Management teams to drive revenue and growth for Retail Bank products and influence decisions based on data behavior.
• Advise other marketing functions (e-commerce/website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and market data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or graduate degree.
• 0-2 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis (or academic equivalent).
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work with cross-functional partners and team members.
• Adept at managing and manipulating data using Python, Hive/SQL.
• Bachelor/University degree or equivalent experience.
