Nbyula is hiring for the role of Office Manager!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Serve as a liaison with the building management as it relates to office needs
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and cost of the same
  • Run point on all shipping/receivables for the company
  • Coordinate office lunches and oversee all snack ordering and replenishment
  • Assist with scheduling meetings
  • Maintain the office, couriers and housekeeping, etc
  • Regularly interact with team members to get feedback and make the office a comfortable place to work
  • Manage travel & accommodation for employees, partners and clients
  • Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 0-4 years experience in facilities/ office operations management
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi is a must
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of MS Excel is preferred
  • Brownie points if you have experience working as an executive assistant
