About this Job
Responsibilities:
- Need to communicate over phone & mails with client, vendor and other relevant stakeholder
- Must be adaptable enough to cope with company requirements
- To maintain records of existing clients as well as new one
- Must be polite, humble and capable enough to manage calls & queries
- To make proposal and respond to mails as per the requirement of client
- Work would include filing, documentation, making bills, writing letters
- This is not a field role, this is a back office role
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum Qualification - Graduate
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and strong computer skills
- Strong business acumen and problem solving skills
