• We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day -to-day office and clerical tasks.
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Composes and prepares correspondence, invoices, reports, presentations, prepares minutes, and maintains appropriate files.
• Handling day to day administration work.
• Maintaining and coordination of the processes in the company.
• Candidates should have good presentation and convincing skills.
• Should be calm, composed, patient and with a pleasing personality.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Basic knowledge of Tally & Excel
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
• Good command over English and Hindi
• Hands on with MS office - Word, Excel, and PPT.
• Any graduate with 1 -3 years’ experience as office coordinator
