About this Job
We are a slow fashion firm, with our workshop in Jaipur. We are now setting up our second office in Bangalore, and looking to build a digital and online focused team here.
About the role: The office administrator is a key position to keep all the statuses of our orders up to date and will act as a link between our workshop and our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Updating orders across all platforms.
- Working with the founder to manage client relationships.
- Keeping a tab of online inventory and learning the dashboards that the firm works with.
- Keeping the products and their details up to date.
- Managing relationships with our Warehouse in the UK.
Candidate requirements:
- The candidate should possess basic skills of MS Excel.
- The candidate should have good communication skills.
- The candidate should be willing to grow and learn and eventually be ready to lead a team.
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Terms: Full time : 10.30 am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
