Odoo Front-End Developer Job in Surat at Terabits

Terabits is hiring for the role of Odoo Front-End Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Developing Industry-specific solutions in odoo
• Understanding the requirements of the project/task and working according to it
• Designing, developing, and testing of odoo (open ERP) modules, projects, products, and interfaces
• Writing technical specifications, designing the technical structure of the solution, and implementing business logic
• Optimizing website speed and scalability with web concepts
• Building reusable code for future use
• Developing responsive web page design and testing the design in different browsers and devices
• Converting Photoshop/Adobe XD designs/other UI-UX tool designs to browser-readable format(HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery)
• Building high-quality mockups and design different sketches, wireframes & prototypes
• Making sure to follow the prescribed coding and development best practices to give high-quality output as per the requirement

Requirements :

• Fresher and more experienced both can apply
• Must have good technical knowledge of HTML5, CSS, SCSS, LESS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, Bootstrap
• Interest in enterprise application development
• Odoo framework Knowledge & Understanding of Odoo basic flow
• Knowledge of Version Control Systems like git and Linux flavored OS
• Open to working in virtual teams across multiple offices and countries
• Communicate proactively and are comfortable with both verbal and written communication
• Should be creative and have thoughts from the UI/UX perspective as well
• Any exposure to eCommerce Application development will be a huge plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of version control systems like GIT, Bitbucket, etc including branching and merging
• Must have experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Must have knowledge about cross-browser compatibility issues
• Hands-on experience in development/engineering experience
• Experience with relational database systems
• Hands-on experience coding in OOP (C, C++ or JavaScript), software engineering, and development process
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies to deliver high-end applications against strict timelines have a strong understanding of agile principles
• Experience building API services using: REST, SOAP, deployed in a distributed environment
• Hands-on experience in front-end technology (JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, Production, modification, and maintenance of websites)
• Consulting on SEO best practices, testing the site using linting tools during development for usability and fixing any bugs
