L&T is hiring for the role of O&M Senior Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Daily monitoring of the functions of all electrical equipment
- All reports are to be maintained as per site requirements
- Subcontractor Management
- Regular training to subordinates for their development as per site
- Store/Spares Management
- Schedule and execute the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
- Attending of Breakdown maintenance at a minimal duration
- Reporting to the Site In charge
- Quality Management System Implementation
- Adherence to EHS Requirements
- Adherence to O&M manual requirements
- Maintaining equipment warranty/ guarantee
- Capable of Managing & coordinating with Clients, SLDC, GSEC & Local Authorities
- Coordination with Clients, Vendors & Regional offices
- Material & manpower handling at the site
- Maintaining Plant performance as per the contractual T&C
Requirements:
- Bachelor Of Electrical Engineering (BEE)
