NTI- Validation Engineer Job in Pune at Aptiv

Aptiv is hiring for the role of NTI- Validation Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Management and coordination of Validation plans (DVP&R) for new development components with Tier 2 suppliers
• Management and coordination of Validation plans (DVP&R) for new development components by in-house Aptiv designers
• Plan & manage DVP&R according to customer & internal timing plan; hit milestones and gateway reviews while collaborating with internal and external customers
• Initiate DVP&R review meetings to ensure project targets, participate in change management meetings and status review meetings
• Regular update of Validation status for the components and sharing of the data with the project team
• On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the valid quality system valid for Aptiv
• Support and comply with all internal & external audit controls
• Applying knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly methods;
• Keeping up to date knowledge of products and design tools;
• Monitor project and identify and report Validation deviations and change requests according to time plan and design.
• Develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers, proactively managing the relationship to improve delivery against their expectations and to identify continuous improvements.
