Key Responsibilities:

The main role and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

• New Product Development Programs Management including Development, industrialization and product launches (RFQ to SOP).
• SOP and commercialisation up to 6 months of SOP post LOI.
• Lead OEM interface in relationship building, capability showcase and future readiness planning.
• Development of tools, fixture, SPMs and Child Parts at various suppliers.
• Program deliverables with Risk Analysis, Severity Identification and Mitigation Plans
• Directions and guidance to the team members to meet timely deliveries.
• Determine strategic direction on cost saving and improvements for existing and new products.
• Master control as per Actualisation and claims to customer relating to development, actualisation.
• Motivate patenting for low cost high value innovations.
• Preparing and forecasting and managing yearly budgets for the function.
• Decision-making for strategic business growth.
• Any other job as assigned by the Management.

Qualification & Experience-

• Engineering Graduate with 12 ~ 15 Years
• B.Tech / B.E. (Mech.) or CIPET
• Diploma/PG Diploma (PMD)
• Proven expericnce (12~15 Yrs.) in Project Management, Mould Costing, Manufacturing (Automotive Sector)
• Strong understanding of plastic mould manufacturing processes, materials and tooling technology.
