RSM is currently hiring for the position of Nonprofit & Edu AS Associate 2 - Canada

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand client's needs, business, industry, and accounting/control systems.
• Familiarize yourself with RSM's audit approach and tools.
• Assess risks and evaluate the client's internal control structure.
• Perform substantive tests and internal control tests to identify and resolve accounting or reporting issues.
• Draft financial statements following prescribed formats.

Requirements:

• Minimum B.A/B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university upon employment commencement.
• Major in Accounting.
• A preferred minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment, client-focused mindset, and multitasking abilities.
