About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Acquire new NRI customers through various channels including referrals, digital leads, and cold calling.
  • Conduct market visits, participate in NRI events, and maintain a strong network.

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing NRI clients.
  • Provide personalized banking and investment solutions based on client profiles.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Cross-sell bank products like savings accounts, FDs, mutual funds, insurance, home loans, and forex services.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure KYC, AML, and all regulatory requirements are followed.
  • Timely and accurate documentation and reporting.

Portfolio Management:

  • Regularly review client portfolios and suggest rebalancing or new opportunities.
  • Proactively identify dormant accounts and work towards reactivation.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of NRI banking products and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-oriented with good negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
