Jupiter Money is hiring for the role of Non-IT Recruiter!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies for attracting candidates.
• Source candidates using traditional and creative methods such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the offer stage.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with background verification processes.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-technical roles.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
