Qualcomm is hiring for the role of Non-Access Stratum Engineer!
Responsiblities of the candidate:
- Work on a SW layer that brings all the various protocols stacks (5G, 4G, 3G & CIOT) together.
- Develop and debug the features, filing new ideas, rewriting software to meet new memory/performance goals and creating scripting tools to limit manual effort.
- Responsibility includes feature design, development, unit testing, issue analysis, etc.
Requirements:
- Skills/experience: 0 - 5 years of development experience in telecom/embedded domain SW development with strong C programming skills, data structures and operating systems concepts. Experience in 5G, LTE, CIOT, UMTS or GSM wireless protocols is a plus. Must have good communication skills and be a team player.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Requires strong SW architecture and design skills.
