Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Node.js code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Work closely with front-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Keep abreast of advancements in technology and ensure the company is always using the best tools available.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript:
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
• In-depth knowledge of Node.js and frameworks such as Express.
• Proficiency in database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with API design and best practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
