Fractal is hiring for the role of NLP Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Build GenAI-based products or solutions for complex problems
- Build APIs for integration into various products and solutions
- Experiment with different open-source and proprietary LLMs and frameworks to identify the best solution for the problem statement
- Optimize inference of LLMs to run the solutions at scale
- Optimize the solutions to achieve the required performance and accuracy
Requirements:
- Expert-level experience in Python development
- Very good conceptual understanding of Neural Networks, Transformers, and LLMs
- Experience in building Machine Learning APIs (Django, FastAPI, flask)
- Experience with RAG architecture, embedded search, and vector databases
- Experience with prompt engineering and working with LLMs, e.g. OpenAI ChatGPT, Llama2, and Mistral
- Experience with open-source LLMs
- Experience with MySQL is a bonus
- Experience with Azure / AWS is a bonus
- Experience with on-device LLM inference is a bonus
