Miratech is hiring for the role of NICE CX-One Supporting Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Script Development: Design, develop, and maintain scripts using NICE CXone's scripting language to automate and optimize customer service processes
• Customization: Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their specific requirements and customize scripting solutions to meet their needs
• Integration: Integrate scripting solutions with other systems and software to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
• Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams when scripting issues arise

Requirements:

• Proven experience in scripting and supporting the NICE CX Platform
• Proven experience with scripting in the NICE CXone platform/studio
• Call center background is a must (i.e. they know that you should tell people they are being recorded if they are being recorded, etc., etc.)
• Conflict management and clear organizational communication
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Agile software DevOps experience a plus
• Willingness and ability to learn on the job as the role requires based on available corporate, vendor, and secure public resources (i.e. they Google it or check Sparq before asking a million questions)
• Excellent documentation background – i.e. able to read Excel workbooks, PowerPoints, and PDFs, and be able to turn them into CXone readable scripting or design docs
• Data or analysis background a plus
