Network Test Engineer Job in Bangalore at Google

Google is hiring for the role of Network Test Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Write simple test plans, and automate others' test plans.
• Execute testing and releases of networking product/feature.
• Triage automated regression bugs, provide failure analysis and proactively escalate more complex issues to senior engineers.
• Apply debugging and problem-solving skills to ensure the robustness of network infrastructure.
• Setup and maintain Testbed infrastructure and existing test automation. Document test procedures and results.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in software development and testing.
• Experience with test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, automation, and debugging.
• Experience with a coding language (e.g., C++ or Python).
• Experience with test methodologies, creating test cases, automation and debugging.
• Experience with network equipment and network protocols testing and debugging.
