Network Test Engineer Job in Bengaluru at Google

Google is hiring for the role of Network Test Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and execute test plans for networking features, equipment, and systems.
• Design and deploy suitable testbeds for testing network software infrastructure.
• Contribute to the design of new networking systems and the development and testing of new features or products.
• Develop test automation tools and automate testing.
• Certify software releases for general use and generate ideas to solve open-ended problems with multiple approaches to reach an optimal solution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with object-oriented programming (e.g., C++ or Python).
• Experience managing live networks (e.g., working in an ISP, managing customer networks), testing networking products, and deployment scenarios.
• Experience in Network Test Automation, Networking Protocols, and Network Troubleshooting.
