Kyndryl India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Network Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work in a complex, multi-vendor network environment
• Use analytical skills to identify and resolve network issues
• Make configuration changes and implement security policies
• Think on your feet and apply corrective actions, including emergency changes
• Participate in change reviews as needed
• Constantly learn and grow in the role due to the ever-changing nature of technology
• Collaborate with a team of experts to plan and execute network changes
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and outages
• Maintain communication with end customers, project managers, and service engineers
• Maintain network components and monitor network performance
• Ensure network security
• Provide user support for network-related issues to deliver the highest level of support to customers

Requirements:

• Proven knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, switching, and routing
• 2+ years of working experience in Networking
• Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge
• Experience with Network security, WAN
• Working knowledge of ITIL
