Responsibilities of a Candidate:

• Design and implement firewall solutions based on the organization's security requirements.
• Configure and deploy firewall devices to enforce security policies.
• Create and update network diagrams, topology maps, and other relevant documentation.
• Work with other IT teams to integrate firewall solutions into the overall network architecture.
• Configure and manage firewall rules to control network traffic and prevent unauthorized access.
• Monitor firewall logs and reports to identify and address security issues.
• Update and upgrade firewall firmware and software regularly to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents related to firewall breaches or anomalies.
• Collaborate with the incident response team to contain and mitigate security threats.
• Monitor network traffic and analyze patterns to identify potential security risks.
• Implement monitoring tools to detect and alert on suspicious activities.
• Collaborate with the network operations team to optimize network performance and security.
• Maintain accurate documentation of firewall configurations, policies, and procedures.
