Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Align pre-sales CFR with the contract and delivery.
• Develop project plans for approval and target execution.
• Ensure successful delivery of assigned deployment projects as per scope and margins within agreed timelines.
• Create and manage project documentation, including scope statements, project schedules, risk mitigation plans, issue logs, status, and cost reports, adhering to Eri-doc and Global Cronos tool compliances.
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment throughout all stages of execution.
• Drive project execution by tracking activities, monitoring changes, resolving conflicts, and addressing critical issues.
• Ensure financial performance aligns with target unadjusted margins.
• Maintain delivery excellence within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Comply with applicable directives, focusing on zero impact on people and the environment.
• Maintain data accuracy for reliable reporting.
• Oversee monthly internal and external governance processes.
• Plan resources and manage ramp-up or ramp-down during the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Consultative skills.
• Knowledge of automation, process management, and negotiation.
• Service delivery business understanding and data analytics expertise.
• Financial acumen and familiarity with artificial intelligence applications.
• Insight into customer behavior and Ericsson’s portfolio.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and change/improvement management.
• Experience in program/project finance management and customer relationship building.
• Strong project management capabilities.
