Bajaj Auto is hiring for the role of Network Planning & Dealer Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate with the field, collate industry & suggest network plan
• Coordinate with LOI holders & vendors for the timely completion of the Primary network plan
• Release periodic reports of "Network plan vs actual " to Regions - location wise & coverage-wise
• Identify the 'Best Fit' of the Network element for a location through an indicative profitability tool
• Identify focus states in the country & draw up focus dealers for ho review
• Create, implement & maintain the record of reviews
• Collate & disseminate the periodic management reports - ability scorecards & own fund deployment % - with the exception of summary
• Maintain a dynamic repository of Primary & secondary networks.

Requirements:

• Planning, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis & management reporting (MIS)
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills

• A deeper understanding of brand, business, and product
• Understanding of processes like appointment, termination, replacement, dealer agreement & renewal
• Understanding of BAL product offerings and relative market standing
