Network Operations Associate Job in Bengaluru at UST Global

UST Global is hiring for the role of Network Operations Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Network Engineers are responsible for performing work on individual tasks and projects as assigned and will also participate in a scheduled on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 coverage for urgent escalations
• Assigned tasks will typically include network device provisioning; network planning meetings; escalate ticket tracking and resolution and other related activities concerning the SCS Network and customers of the services and products it (SCS) provides
• Customer Network Implementation
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Customer resources to validate; document and implement standardized network topologies as part of product and service delivery.
•  Configure network hardware as during integration and as needed for site expansion and upgrades
• Configuration and management of routing infrastructure (Default; Static and Dynamic routing protocols) IPSPACS network to customer network.

Requirements:

•  Acknowledge and resolve support tickets assigned to Network Operations
• Participate in On-call Rotation to provide 24/7 access to network support for urgent site-down issues.
•  Monitor and respond to notifications for infrastructure items.
• Manage and maintain network hardware at call centers and datacenters.
• Coordinate with vendors for support items when necessary.
• Configuration and Troubleshooting of L2 & L3 switches (Cisco and HP)
• Provide initial network assessment to help assign LOE to each project
• Participate in Network Planning call and propose appropriate migration strategy
• Deploy and provision physical and virtual network hardware to support migration project.
• Configure network load balancing assets to support chosen migration strategy.
• Provide network support for each IntelliSpace cutover event.
• Participate in Migration Team meetings and record all time in Clarity per project.
