Pythian is hiring for the role of Network Engineer!

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of ARP, MAC Address Table, VLAN, Spanning Tree Protocol, Ether channel, Stacking Switches, HSRP/VRRP, Access Lists (ACL), and NAT
  • Expert knowledge of Security Technologies - IPSec VPN, SSL VPN
  • Hands-on experience on any of these vendor firewalls - Cisco ASA, Juniper SRX, Netscreen, Checkpoint
  • Hands-on experience in Enterprise LAN and WAN troubleshooting and configuration
  • Knowledge of Cisco Wireless Access Points, Juniper Access Points, and Aero Hive Access Points
  • Knowledge of Cloud Networking (AWS, AZURE and GCP)
  • Knowledge of SDWAN (Versa, Meraki)
  • Knowledge of Cloud Firewalls (Zscaler)
  • Must have experience in enterprise network operation in handling escalation and severity cases.

  • Routing, Switching, and Security
  • Able to provide 24*7 support.
