Network Engineer Job in Bangalore at Ericsson

Ericsson is hiring for the role of Network Engineer!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Accountable for day-to-day delivery of assigned indoor design projects
• Independently design indoor radio network solutions
• Travel as per business requirements
• Work with MA Leads to execute delivery plans within deadlines
• Understand customer design requirements and provide appropriate solutions
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders for delivery execution
• Possess excellent communication skills

Requirements:

• Familiarity with indoor radio network design and planning principles
• Ability to prepare tapping diagrams and BoQs for IBS implementation
• Knowledge of indoor system passive/active components
• Ability to interpret walk test results using tools like TEMS
• Understanding of propagation losses, link budget, RF component placement, DAS design, and 3D modeling
• Strong knowledge of GSM, WCDMA, LTE, and 5G network design concepts
• Experience with Ericsson Radio system products (Baseband, IRU, RRU, DU, RDS, etc.)
• Knowledge of 3GPP PDAS components
• Hands-on experience in PDAS In-building Design
• Proficiency in iBwave tool
