Infosys is hiring for the role of Network Engineer!
Requirements:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering
- Service Line: Computers & Communications Division
- Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching technologies.
- Good understanding of OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP).
- Experience with firewalls, internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Familiar with server management and monitoring tools. CCNA or CCNP certifications is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes, like, SLA and change/Release Management.
- Experience in using ticketing tools such as Service Now and Remedy will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
