Wipro is hiring for the role of Network Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Configure and deploy SDWAN site devices for migrations, test & turn-up
• Handle configuration changes on Cisco Viptela via Simple Service Requests
• Provide 2nd line support for SDWAN products, collaborating with other levels
• Build configurations for DyNS SDWAN products (Cisco Viptela) adhering to standards
• Deliver in-depth technical support to customers through monitoring, troubleshooting, and remote repair
• Manage supplier activities related to SDWAN, ensuring timely fault resolution
• Suggest process improvements and provide technical engineering support to multinational customers
• Conduct proactive jeopardy management and offer higher-level support internally and for Hypercare
• Organize technical training and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Participate in regular meetings with various stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Perform quality checks on customer equipment for compliance and security adherence
• Recommend flexible and scalable solutions to support new business objectives
• Verify pre- and post-deployment network implementations for accuracy
• Monitor and test DyNS products (Nokia Nuage, Cisco Viptela, Meraki), generating performance reports
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure stable operation of DyNS SDWAN deployments
• Research network services, protocols, and standards relevant to SDWAN
• Assist L2 engineers by identifying their needs and providing guidance for problem resolution

Requirements:

• Graduation in Engineering, Communication Management, or a related field.
• Expert-level knowledge in Routing and Switching.
• Experience working with SDWAN products (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, VeloCloud, Fortinet, Palo Alto Prisma SDWAN).
• CCNP certification or equivalent networking knowledge.
• Strong understanding of SDWAN products, LAN/WAN/WLAN/BGP/MPLS/OSPF/EIGRP/VPN technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
