Vodafone is hiring for the role of Network Consultant!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Provide technical service desk support to premium service customers with complex solutions and SLAs in a 24/7 shift-based environment
- Initiate diagnostics and perform proactive analysis for network faults
- Support day-to-day operations with Change and Fault management adhering to ITIL standards
- Own incident lifecycle and meet SLAs
- Transfer tickets to L2 engineers and other teams for resolution
- Adhere to defined process frameworks
- Maintain zero process misses and escalations
- Coordinate with vendors and third parties based on priority and business impact
- Understand business impact, escalate faults/issues, and keep customers updated
- Confidently handle customer interactions, including joining bridge calls for troubleshooting and escalations
Requirements:
- Graduate Engineer (BE/BTech) with strong networking knowledge (Cisco certifications preferred)
- Effectively multitask and manage queues
- Individuals should effectively multitask and also be responsible for queue management
