Neo KAM Alternate Channel Job in Mumbai at Kotak Securities Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new alternate channel partners (Digital DSAs, Fintechs, Connectors, Aggregators, Brokers, etc.).
• Develop and manage key accounts to drive consistent business volumes.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure login to disbursement conversion through continuous follow-ups.
• Maintain strong relationship management with channel partners.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth processing.
• Monitor portfolio quality and ensure delinquency control.
• Conduct regular partner training on products, policies, and processes.
• Track competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of retail lending products (HL/LAP/PL/BL etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple channel partners.
• Target-driven and result-oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with MIS reporting knowledge.
