NBFC Operations Intern Internship in Gurgaon at Findoc Financial Services GROUP

Key Responsibilities:

• Loan Processing: Assist with loan application intake, preliminary eligibility evaluation, and fee calculations.
• KYC & Compliance: Perform KYC verification, address serviceability checks, and screen for document completeness.
• Documentation: Prepare, verify, and maintain loan documentation - loan agreements, collateral forms, and credit agreements.
• Backend Coordination: Communicate with credit teams, disbursement, collections, and third-party partners (couriers, legal); follow up on case progress. 
• MS Excel / Sheets Reporting: Track KPIs - loan count, rejection rates, turnaround time (TAT), approval timelines. Generate dashboards and highlight trends. 
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in workflow, suggest enhancements or standard operating procedures (SOPs), and help drive process efficiency. 
• Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with compliance, collections, sales, and IT as needed for smooth case resolution.
   

Key Requirements:

•  Education: Recent graduate (or final-year student) in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent background. 

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets - VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, charts. - Comfortable with basic data entry and handling large volumes of data. 
• Communication: Professional written and verbal communication. Must be able to interact with internal stakeholders and external service providers. 
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous documentation and process orientation.
