Cognizant is hiring for the role of Multi Channel Helpdesk Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through multiple communication channels ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Assist clients in the Hi-Tech domain by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Utilize strong English communication skills to clearly and concisely convey information to clients and team members.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of helpdesk resources and documentation to streamline support processes.
  • Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency of the helpdesk operations.
  • Engage in proactive problem-solving to anticipate potential issues and address them before they impact clients.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in English communication both verbal and written to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of the Hi-Tech domain with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations.
