MS Engineer L3 (AWS Cloud) Job in Delhi at NTT Ltd

NTT Ltd. is hiring for the role of MS Engineer L3 (AWS Cloud)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Providing technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.
• Responding to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
• Reporting the design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.
• Providing support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
• Resolving the escalated tickets along with building cloud solutions on AWS tailored to client-specific needs.
• Carrying out deployment and migration activities.
• Ensure adherence to support SLA and deployment of AWS best practices.

Requirements:

• Must have completed a Master of Science (MS) in the engineering domain.
• Expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale, multi-AZ deployments in a public cloud
• Hands-on experience in deploying and advanced troubleshooting skills in either Windows or Linux Operating systems.
• Should have experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of application servers e.g. Apache, Nginx, IIS, etc.
• Experience and deep understanding of working within a DevOps environment and lifecycle
• Good experience in application release management tools e.g. GitHub/CodeCommit, AWS CodeDeploy, Ansible, Jenkins, etc.
• Experience with deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AWS Containers Solutions e.g. EKS, ECs, etc, along with tools like Shell Scripting, Python, Node.js, Bash, and Java.
• Strong knowledge of application monitoring/logging tools New Relic/ELK.
