Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Learn to use basic principles, theories, and professional concepts.
- Contact is primarily with immediate supervisor and other personnel in the department or group -Works on problems of routine scope.
- Follow established policies and procedures.
- Receive detailed instructions on all work -Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).
