MR Service Engineer Job in Pune at Philips

Phillips is hiring for the role of MR Service Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage the Perform & Transform agenda for the MR Site Planning team, including Site Planning training plan (Business, Regions & GBS) and execution globally, reporting & driving MR Site Planning performance (incl DM, PSR, Kaizens)
• Focus on customer satisfaction and relevant quality, legal, and compliance requirements; Handle Hot escalations; Respond to requests when receiving management escalations to address customer concerns, market or GBS concerns in order to manage a customer holistically
• Align activities of teams to support business strategy objectives and contribute to business financial commitments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; at least 3 years working experience in project management in the Healthcare Environment - Medical Device Industry and its regulation(s)
• Knowledge to read & review construction drawings and technical planning documents; Active use of documentation management skills; Experience with the creation & maintenance of Technical Documentation and tools, experience in applying Good Documentation Practices
• Ability to present and negotiate effectively in multiple areas of the business environment & lifecycle (i.e. R&D, Quoting & Sales Installation, Serviceability)
