Sirva is hiring for the role of Move Management Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• The Move Management Consultant acts as the primary point of coordination providing service delivery to our clients and their assignees whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service.
• The Move Management Consultant will be the first point of contact for the moving aspects of an employee’s relocation. They will support and organize the movement of household goods and personal items for our client’s assignees. They will be responsible for guiding the employee through the process ensuring that you provide an excellent level of customer service. Move Management Consultant will have strong organization skills, problem-solving abilities, cultural awareness, and time management abilities.
• Duties will include management moving services component of corporate relocations, household goods policy counselling, liaising with relocating corporate employees, client Human Resources, database maintenance, arranging insurance cover, booking of ancillary services as required. Reconciling and authorizing invoices, and conducting high level of phone customer service

Requirements:

• Previous Mobility, Moving Services or similar industry experience is highly advantageous
• Previous experience handling corporate clients and relationship management is desirable however not essential
• Possess strong customer service and communication skills
• Be a self-starter with initiative and have the drive to succeed
• Be highly organized with effective time management skills to manage multiple caseloads at a single time across a number of different clients
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite
