MOU & Personal Tax Specialist Job in Pune at Hyundai Motor India

Hyundai is hiring for the role of MOU & Personal Tax Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensuring coordination with MOU Cell for MOU-related activities (i.e. Tax Paid Certificate for SGST).
• Ensuring Preparation and submission of refund claims with the Government of Maharashtra.
• Passing necessary accounting entries relating to MoU refunds and payments if any to be made.
• Handling activities relating to MIDC and other Government Departments @Mumbai and Pune Office.
• Clarifying queries raised in relation to the verification of Subsidy by MIDC.
• Coordinating and obtaining MOU Eligibility Certificate from MIDC for completion of HMI Obligation.
• Coordinating with MIDC for the execution of legal documentation for receiving refunds/subsidies.
• Following up on Pending MOU-related issues with various Government agencies. 
• Handling all TDS/TCS Payments & Company’s obligation w.r.t to Personal Tax related matters of employees.

Requirements

• Reconciliation of TDS/TCS receivables 
• Obtain MOU Eligibility Certificate from MIDC for completion of HMI Obligation
