Jar is hiring for the role of Motion Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables.
• Create highly engaging and stunning visuals for user education.
• Facilitate, lead and execute storyboarding and concept building.
• Collaborate with product designers and other teams to deliver top-quality creatives.
• Deliver brand graphics to support a smooth customer experience.
• Take full ownership of your work, and take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.

Requirements: 

• At least 2 years of experience in motion design
• A clear sense and taste in good visual design
• Good knowledge of design fundamentals, such as design thinking frameworks, with the ability to take on a structured approach to solving problems
• Familiarity with the cultural nuance of the Indian middle class and ability to empathise with users
• Ability to thrive in startups with a fast-paced environment and take ownership of working through ambiguity
