Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Communicate/coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Generate accurate and timely disclosures and closing documents and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
• Confirm Closing Appointment and Balance Final Closing disclosure by coordinating with settlement agents.
• Schedule Closing by coordinating with settlement agents and external parties.
• Coordinate with E2E coordinator and title companies to secure traction against key milestones
• Issue identification and resolution
• Ensure loans are funded on time
• Assist with post-closing disbursement issues, support wires, etc.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage funding, loan processing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan documentation, terms, and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using mortgage industry software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
